Job Description

  • ડિસ્પેચ એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ – જવાબદારીઓ અને જરૂરી લાયકાતજવાબદારીઓગ્રાહકના ઓર્ડર મુજબ મટીરિયલનું પેકિંગ કરવું.
  • બિલ/ઇન્વોઇસ મુજબ મટીરિયલ ચેક કરીને ડિસ્પેચ કરવું.
  • કુરિયર, ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ, બસ, ઇકો અથવા લોકલ ડિલિવરીની વ્યવસ્થા કરવી.
  • જરૂર મુજબ ગ્રાહકને રૂબરૂ મટીરિયલ પહોંચાડવું.
  • લોકલ ડિલિવરી સમયસર પૂર્ણ કરવી.
  • મટીરિયલ આપતી વખતે બિલ મુજબ માલ ચેક કરાવી હેન્ડઓવર કરવો.
  • ડિલિવરી પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ ઓફિસમાં માહિતી આપવી અને રેકોર્ડ અપડેટ કરવો.
  • ડિસ્પેચની એન્ટ્રી, ટ્રેકિંગ અને દૈનિક ડિસ્પેચ રિપોર્ટ જાળવવો.
  • ગોડાઉનમાં મટીરિયલની યોગ્ય ગોઠવણ અને સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવી.
  • સેલ્સ અને એકાઉન્ટ્સ વિભાગ સાથે સંકલન કરીને સમયસર ડિસ્પેચ પૂર્ણ કરવો.
  • રિટર્ન અને રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ મટીરિયલનો રેકોર્ડ જાળવવો.
  • જરૂરી લાયકાતમાન્ય (Valid) બે-વ્હીલર ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ હોવું ફરજિયાત.
  • બે-વ્હીલર ચલાવવાનો અનુભવ હોવો જોઈએ.
  • જરૂર મુજબ બહાર જઈને ગ્રાહકોને મટીરિયલ પહોંચાડવાની તૈયારી હોવી જોઈએ.
  • સમયપાલન, જવાબદારી અને પ્રામાણિકતા સાથે કામ કરવાની ક્ષમતા હોવી જોઈએ.
  • ટીમ સાથે સંકલન કરીને કાર્ય કરવાની આવડત હોવી જોઈએ. OFFICE TIME - 9:30 TO 8:30
