Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update the system.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: PUC/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
