Job Description
Job Title: CMM Engineer (Zeiss CMM)
Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
•
Operate Zeiss CMM machines for dimensional inspection.
•
Conduct incoming inspection of components as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.
•
Analyze measurement results and prepare inspection reports.
•
Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.
•
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve dimensional issues.
•
Maintain CMM equipment and ensure proper calibration practices.
•
Support process improvement initiatives related to quality and inspection.
Eligibility Criteria
•
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
•
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in CMM operation .
•
Hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM is mandatory.
•
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
•
Good knowledge of quality tools and inspection methodologies.
