Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations.
  • Allocate manpower and prepare duty rosters.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
  • Train housekeeping staff on SOPs and safety practices.
  • Manage housekeeping materials and consumables.
  • Coordinate with clients and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
  • Maintain daily reports and documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of all housekeeping activities.
