Collection Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Loan Recovery to manage a team of collection executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving recovery targets, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer interaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Loan Recovery Executives.
• Allocate accounts and monitor daily recovery activities.
• Ensure monthly and daily collection targets are achieved.
• Track team performance through MIS reports and productivity metrics.
• Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalated customer cases and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during recovery activities.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and discipline of team members.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and clients for smooth workflow.
• Identify training needs and improve team performance through regular coaching.
• Required Skills:Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of loan recovery and collection processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), MS Word, and email drafting.
• Ability to analyze MIS reports and monitor KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Eligibility Criteria
• Any Bachelor's degree .
• 2–3 years of experience in Loan Recovery/Collections.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Team Handling role.
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory. English communication skills are preferred.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, BPO Collections, or Financial Services is preferred.
