Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized service advice for their two-wheelers.
• Service Consultation: Listen to customer concerns and explain required repairs, maintenance schedules, and the cost breakdown for services.
• Job Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
• Job Monitoring: Track the progress of each vehicle’s repair and service, ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to the required standard.
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct a preliminary inspection of vehicles and collaborate with mechanics to diagnose issues.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, job cards, and invoices.
• Customer Updates: Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates on vehicle status, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs needed.
• Sales of Services & Accessories: Promote service packages, extended warranties, and accessories to customers.
• Follow-up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any feedback.
