Bakery Manager

Job Title: Bakery Manager

Location: Baner, Pune

Working hours: 12pm – 10.30pm (Full time)

Responsibilities:

• Decorate and finish donuts with various toppings, glazes, and fillings.

• Prepare and serve a varieties of coffee, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.

• Operate coffee brewing equipment with precision and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Assist customers in choosing beverages and donuts and other snack items, providing recommendations when necessary.

• Handle transactions and online ordering system accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee station, equipment, and dining area.

• Handle basic tasks in the bakery shop such as cashier duties, customer service, and order taking.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery shop, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers.

• Assist in inventory management and restocking of bakery items as needed.

• Follow safety and hygiene regulations at all times to ensure food safety standards are met.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the bakery shop.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery, cafe is preferred.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
