Telemarketing Executive

Telemarketing Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote the company's products or services over the phone.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, or previous interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and sales activities.
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer questions and provide product or service information.
• Update customer information in the CRM or database.

Administrative Responsibilities.

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and office documentation.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic).
• Coordinate office supplies and inventory.
• Assist with data entry and record management.
• Support office manager with basic administrative tasks when required.
