Starting Salary

Electrician (ITI Fresher) - 12,000/-

Electrician (1 year experienced in solar installation) - 15,000/- (salary increment upto 17,000/- based on performance)

Electrical Technician (Diploma Fresher) - 15,000/-

Electrical Technician (Diploma + 1 year experienced in solar installation & service) - 17,000/-(salary increment upto 20,000/- based on performance)
