Job Summary -

We are seeking a talented Graphic & Video Designer who can create engaging visual content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, camera handling, and basic AI tools to enhance creative output. Experience or familiarity with social media handling is highly preferred.

*Key Responsibilities : 

Design social media creatives, banners, performance ads, and marketing visuals.

Develop product packaging designs and label creatives.

Create POS materials, brochures, catalogues, and exhibition creatives.

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

 Video Creation & Editing

Shoot and edit product videos, Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.

Handle camera equipment, lighting setup, and basic production requirements.

Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound effects.

Create storytelling videos for campaigns and product launches.

AI & Creative Enhancement

Use AI tools (such as AI-based design/video tools, background removal, content enhancement tools) to improve efficiency and creativity.

Generate AI-assisted content ideas, mockups, and concept visuals.

Marketing & Performance Support

Create performance marketing creatives for Meta and Google Ads.

Work closely with the marketing and sales team for campaign planning.

Stay updated with social media trends and viral content formats.

Knowledge of AI tools for creative/design/video enhancement.

Good understanding of camera handling, lighting, and video shooting techniques.

Must own a personal laptop capable of handling design and video editing software.

Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
