Job Description
Generate new customer leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote and demonstrate UME Embroidery Machines to prospective customers.
Explain machine features, business opportunities, financing, and government subsidy schemes.
Conduct customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and field visits.
Convert inquiries into successful sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the Demo, Service, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Branch Sales Manager.
Attend exhibitions, promotional events, and customer awareness programs.
Ensure timely collection of payments and required customer documents.
Maintain professional behavior and represent the company positively at all times.
Provide after-sales support by coordinating installation and customer training.
