Job Description
Position: HR Recruiter / HR Executive
Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Oriental Insulators is a leading manufacturer specializing in FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) products and engineering solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations while contributing to the growth of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for both White Collar and Blue Collar positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets and coordinate offer roll-out.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and manage onboarding formalities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, including hiring status and recruitment metrics.
HR OperationsCoordinate
- Daily HR activities and provide administrative support to management.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in employee exit formalities, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate smooth communication between employees and management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Schedule and organize management meetings, staff meetings, recruitment drives, and HR-related events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Assist management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational policies.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Good negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna Job and other sourcing platforms.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience hiring for both manufacturing shop-floor (blue-collar) and professional (white-collar) roles is highly preferred.
