Job Description
A premium dental clinic in Yemalur is looking for a polite, organized, and computer-savvy Front Desk Executive. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and will manage the daily operations of the clinic.Key Responsibilities:Greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling walk-ins.Managing billing, cash/UPI collection, and basic daily accounts.Making reminder calls to patients and managing phone inquiries.Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.Requirements:Education: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.) or 12th Pass with relevant experience.Languages: Fluent Kannada and English are mandatory. (Hindi/Telugu is a plus).Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computers, and smartphone apps. Good telephone etiquette.Location Preference: Candidates living nearby (Yemalur, Kempapura, Marathahalli, Bellandur) with their own transport.Work Timings:Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PMSunday: 10:00 AM to 2:30 PMMonday: Weekly Off / Closed
