Telecaller

A loans telecaller is responsible for handling loan applications and customer inquiries via phone. They assist clients in understanding loan products, guide them through the application process, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. Effective communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role. The telecaller may also conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan services, evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents, maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling and loan processing targets
