Job Description
Kannada and English as Compulsory language
- Site Supervision and Business Development Support to RM for sites across belagavi district - such as reaching out to new clients and setting up meetings with stakeholders, Attending Meetings, preparing Meeting Minutes, generating BOQs
- Coordinating with Vendors, Consultants, Client side project team and VEC office to execute the work and ensure timely billing.
- Responsible for site works as per PERT chart, sourcing of media, coordinating with VEC lab for media testing and certification, media laying, procurement of Electro Mechanical items as per design.
- Maintain daily attendance and log book, Project Management of Operation and Maintenance of STP
- Timely feedback in the internal VEC whatsapp group, resolving issues faced at the Client site.
- QA/QC documentation at site, execution Contracts and Operations and Maintenance contracts
