Position: Industrial Clinic Manager

Job SummaryThe Industrial Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the industrial clinic. The role includes supervising clinic staff, ensuring quality healthcare services, maintaining records, coordinating with client representatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the industrial clinic.
• Supervise nursing staff, doctors, lab technicians, and other clinic personnel.
• Ensure timely and quality healthcare services to employees.
• Maintain patient records, clinic reports, and daily documentation.
• Monitor attendance, duty rosters, and staff performance.
• Ensure adequate stock of medicines, medical equipment, and consumables.
• Coordinate with the client and company management regarding clinic operations.
• Ensure emergency preparedness, first aid readiness, and ambulance coordination.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or industrial healthcare management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
• Ability to handle emergencies and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel or work in rotational shifts if required.
