Job Description
We are looking for a smart, well-spoken and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk of our Aviation Training Academy. The candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, visitors, and parents in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries about courses and admissions
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up with potential candidates
- Handle front desk operations and office coordination
- Schedule appointments and manage trainer/student meetings
- Maintain basic administrative records and files
- Support the admissions team when required
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Presentable personality and customer-friendly attitude
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Degree
Experience:
- Fresher or 1–2 years experience in receptionist / front office role preferred
