Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Manage an assigned banking region comprising designated bank branches.

 Visit a minimum of 20 bank branches every working day.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, Regional

Managers, Credit Teams, Recovery Teams, and other key decision-makers.

 Promote the firm's legal services relating to recovery, litigation, insolvency,

SARFAESI, DRT, NCLT, arbitration, documentation, and advisory.

 Identify opportunities for fresh legal assignments and increase business from

existing banking clients.

 Follow up regularly on pending proposals, empanelment, and assignment

allocation.

 Coordinate with the firm's legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new

matters.

 Follow up with bank officials for outstanding professional fee payments and

invoice clearances.

 Maintain complete records of branch visits, discussions, pending

requirements, and action points.

 Submit hourly updates during field visits through the designated reporting

platform.

 Submit a detailed End-of-Day report covering:

o Branches visited

o Officials met

o Key discussion points
