Job Description
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating residential rooftop solar sales through field marketing, customer visits, lead generation, site survey coordination, and sales conversion. The role includes working on both self-generated and company-provided leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads through field marketing and local networking.
* Visit prospective customers and explain residential on-grid solar solutions.
* Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales.
* Handle both self-generated and company-assigned leads.
* Submit daily reports on leads, visits, site surveys, and sales.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualification:
* Diploma / Any Graduate.
* Prior field sales experience is preferred.
Skills Required:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Customer-focused and target-driven.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
* Basic knowledge of residential rooftop solar is an added advantage.
