🎯 Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

Generate high-quality B2B leads (MSME owners, promoters, directors, manufacturers, and traders).

Create and manage audience targeting, retargeting, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and conversion tracking.

Create and publish organic content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and promote/boost high-performing posts for greater reach and lead generation.

Conduct A/B testing, monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, lead quality, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights for management.

💼 Candidate Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Proven success in B2B Lead Generation through Meta and LinkedIn Ads.

Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or B2B SaaS will be preferred.

Strong understanding of tracking, analytics, campaign optimization, and reporting.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
