We're Hiring: Operations & Client Coordinator (Full-Time)

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month
🕐 Full-time, in-office
We run a wedding & event photography studio, and we're looking for someone to be the glue between our clients, photographers, and editors making sure nothing falls through the cracks from the first enquiry to final album delivery.
What you'll actually be doing day-to-day:
Replying to client enquiries and WhatsApp messages
Setting up and managing meetings on our calendar
Coordinating with photographers confirming assignments, creating event WhatsApp groups, sharing timing/roles before each shoot
Coordinating with our editing team and updating clients on edit status
Sending payment reminders and tracking invoices/receipts
Keeping our Google Sheets trackers updated daily
Who we're looking for:
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel
Good written & spoken English and Hindi
Organized, doesn't let things slip, comfortable juggling multiple WhatsApp threads and events at once
Prior experience in a photography studio, events, or any client-facing coordination role is a plus not mandatory if you're sharp and quick to learn
