Designation: Jewellery Consultant
1.Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge
2. Influencing and selling jewellery
3. Maintain high VM standard at store
4. Addressing all customer queries
5. Following up with the customers
6. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
7. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
8. Retaining the existing or new customers
9. Maintain and monitor store inventory
10. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel
11. Track Key Metrics
12. Outdoor Marketing
