Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Field Collection Executives to join our team across Hyderabad. The role involves recovering overdue payments by visiting customers at their locations and maintaining professional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate and establish suitable payment plans with customers.
• Update customer account and collection records accurately.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Follow company policies and all applicable legal and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during field visits.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas of Hyderabad.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Previous experience in collections, sales, or field operations is an advantage.
