Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation.
• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats, and filters.
• Recharge refrigerants and check for leaks in compliance with safety regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience as an AC Technician (experience requirement may vary).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Valid driver's license (preferred, if field service is required).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
