Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
- Prepare personalized workout plans based on members' fitness goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and monitor members' progress.
- Provide motivation and support to help members achieve their fitness objectives.
- Ensure gym equipment is clean, safe, and in working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workout area.
- Assist members in preventing injuries by promoting safe exercise practices.
- Conduct warm-up, stretching, and cool-down sessions.
- Respond promptly to member queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Report equipment issues, accidents, or safety concerns to the Gym Manager.
QualificationsCertification in Fitness Training from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Gym Trainer (preferred).
- Good knowledge of strength training, cardio, functional training, and nutrition basics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Skills RequiredFitness assessment and exercise planning.
- Excellent communication and motivation skills.
- Time management and professionalism.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).
