Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil and waterproofing projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role requires regular site visits, coordination with clients, contractors, and labour teams, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

* Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements.

* Prepare estimates, BOQs, quantity calculations, and material requirements.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.

* Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.

* Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.

* Manage labour teams and allocate work efficiently.

* Assist in planning project timelines and meeting deadlines.

* Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.

* Recommend suitable waterproofing systems and construction solutions based on site conditions.

* Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

* Coordinate with the procurement and stores department for timely material availability.

* Support business development by attending client meetings and technical presentations when required.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* Freshers are welcome to apply; prior site experience is an added advantage.

* Basic knowledge of construction practices and waterproofing techniques.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Leadership ability and willingness to work on-site.

* Valid driving licence is preferred.

Travel
