Job Description

  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of mall facilities and common areas
  • Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and fire protection systems
  • Conduct regular inspections of restrooms, parking areas, food courts, corridors, and exterior grounds
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues (power outages, leaks, safety hazards)
  • Repair walls, floors, ceilings, doors, glass, fixtures, and signage as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and fire regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and inspections
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe
