Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities:

Order Picking & Packing

• Pick items from storage shelves based on order lists.
• Pack products securely using appropriate packing materials.
• Label packages correctly with shipping and invoice details.
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

Stock Handling & Inventory Support

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
• Update stock movement records when items are picked or received.
• Help in stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Report low stock, damaged goods, or missing items to the supervisor.

Warehouse Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Keep the warehouse floor, shelves, and workstations clean and tidy.
• Organize products properly in designated storage locations.
• Dispose of waste materials (cartons, plastic, damaged packaging) safely.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Quality & Safety

• Check products for damage before packing.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules.
• Handle goods carefully to avoid damage.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBasic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Work EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse setting.
• Standing, walking, and manual handling of packages throughout the shift.
