Accountant (Busy Software)

Job Title: Accountant cum Factory Supervisor

Location: Factory Unit – Rai, Haryana

Department: Accounts & Operations

Reporting To: Factory Manager / Director

Salary Range: Rs.15000/- PM to Rs.25000/- PM

Office Timing: 09:00 AM to 07:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday off)

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance:

• Handle day-to-day accounting (purchase, sales, expenses, petty cash, etc.)
• Maintain records of vendor payments, invoices, and GST entries.
• Prepare monthly expense & cash flow statements.
• Payroll preparation and maintain attendance.
• Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management for compliance & reports.

Supervision & Factory Operations:

• Oversee daily factory activities, ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor workers attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Maintain proper records of material inwards/outwards (inventory control).
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper maintenance of factory premises.
• Report daily production, manpower, and expense updates to management.

Requirements & Skills

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounts or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting & factory/office supervision.
• Knowledge of Busy Accounting Software, Advance Excel, and basic GST compliance.
• Strong leadership & team-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask – managing accounts & factory floor together.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
