We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging edits, smooth transitions, strong storytelling, and trending social media content.

Role Overview

As a Video Editor at Sprint Upp, you will be responsible for editing reels, promotional videos, social media content, brand videos, ad creatives, and client campaign videos. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have a good sense of timing, music, visuals, and be able to create scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, brand videos, ad creatives, and social media videos.
• Create engaging videos using trending music, transitions, captions, effects, and motion graphics.
• Work closely with the creative and social media team to understand client requirements.
• Convert raw footage into polished, professional, and engaging videos.
• Add subtitles, text animations, sound effects, transitions, and color correction wherever required.
• Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency in every video.
• Edit videos according to different platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, editing styles, and viral content patterns.
• Deliver videos within deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Make revisions based on client and team feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ months of experience in video editing.
• Good knowledge of editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, transitions, captions, and reel-style editing.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, music beats, pacing, and social media content.
• Ability to work on multiple client projects at the same time.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow deadlines and take feedback positively.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in editing digital marketing videos, reels, and ad creatives.
• Basic knowledge of thumbnails and social media creatives.
• Understanding of color grading and sound design.
• Ability to suggest creative ideas for better video output.
• Experience working with brands or agencies will be preferred.
