Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and validate employee timesheets for billing accuracy
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records in Zoho Books
- Prepare and raise client invoices based on timesheets
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and transactions
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data accuracy
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar tools
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
