Job Description
पद का नाम: लेथ मशीन ऑपरेटर (Lathe Machine Operator)
लोकेशन (Location): क्षिप्रा यूनिट, इंदौर
शैक्षणिक योग्यता: न्यूनतम आईटीआई (Fitter / Turner / Machinist या समकक्ष ट्रेड) उत्तीर्ण
अनुभव
- 6 माह से 2 वर्ष का लेथ मशीन संचालन का अनुभव
- मैन्युफैक्चरिंग / इंजीनियरिंग उद्योग में कार्य का अनुभव अनिवार्य
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):
- लेथ मशीन का सुरक्षित एवं कुशल संचालन करना।
- ड्रॉइंग एवं दिए गए माप (Dimensions) के अनुसार जॉब की मशीनिंग करना।
- वर्कपीस की गुणवत्ता एवं माप की नियमित जांच करना।
- वर्नियर कैलिपर, माइक्रोमीटर एवं अन्य माप उपकरणों का उपयोग करना।
- मशीन की दैनिक सफाई एवं बेसिक मेंटेनेंस सुनिश्चित करना।
- उत्पादन लक्ष्य (Production Target) एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन करना।
- कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा (Safety) एवं 5S नियमों का पालन करना।
- किसी भी तकनीकी समस्या या मशीन खराबी की सूचना तुरंत सुपरवाइजर को देना।
आवश्यक कौशल (Required Skills):
- लेथ मशीन संचालन का व्यावहारिक ज्ञान।
- इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने एवं समझने की क्षमता।
- माप उपकरणों का सही उपयोग करने का ज्ञान।
- गुणवत्ता एवं सुरक्षा मानकों के प्रति जागरूकता।
- अनुशासित, जिम्मेदार एवं टीम के साथ कार्य करने की क्षमता।
