Job Description
Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive / Lead Follow-up Executive
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to handle company-generated leads and support the sales conversion process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Understand client requirements and give company/service presentations.
- Arrange meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and send proposals/quotations.
- Regular follow-up with clients for conversion.
- Track lead status, closures, and sales progress.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for smooth client communication.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or pre-sales is mandatory.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Command over English, Hindi, or any regional language is required.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel/lead tracking is preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
