Area Sales Executive- Solar Industry

Job Title: Area Sales Executive (ASE) – Residential Solar Projects

 Key Responsibilities:

·        Generate new leads and onboard industrial clients for solar rooftop & ground-mounted projects.

·        Conduct client meetings, site visits, and share requirements with the design/technical teams.

·        Prepare proposals, follow up regularly, and support in deal closures.

·        Build strong relationships with industries, consultants, and channel partners.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·        Maintain reports and update management on BD activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

·        1–3 years of experience in the solar industry (B2B/industrial/rooftop sales preferred).

·        Basic understanding of solar components, costing, and ROI.

·        Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to manage fieldwork, client visits, and follow-ups consistently.

·        Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, or equivalent).
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a background in Solar Energy, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related engineering fields will be preferred.
