Pooja Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of textile processing machinery with over 35 years of industry experience. As part of our next phase of growth and expansion into a new manufacturing facility, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to strengthen our engineering capabilities and support product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering and design team.
• Drive standardisation and modularisation across machine platforms.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support new product development and continuous product improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturability and product quality.
• Establish engineering standards, revision control practices, and change management processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to the successful scaling of operations as part of our manufacturing expansion plans.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in machine building, capital equipment manufacturing, or industrial machinery.
• Proven experience leading engineering/design teams.
• Must have strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks (3D modelling, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and BOM generation).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing drawings, BOM management, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and engineering change management.
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
