Job Description – Sales Manager (Agency Channel) – Life InsuranceWe are hiring Sales Managers for a leading Life Insurance company.

The role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors while driving business growth through the Agency Channel.

• Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
• Build, train, and manage a productive advisor network.
• Drive life insurance sales through advisors and achieve business targets.
• Ensure advisor activation, retention, and productivity.
• Conduct regular field visits, advisor meetings, and joint sales calls.
• Generate new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to advisors.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training programs and branch sales initiatives.

• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.

• 06 Months–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Direct Sales.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in Agency Channel or Insurance Sales preferred.
• Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Age preferably below 35 years.
