• Job ResponsibilitiesPerform keyword research using SEO tools.
• Optimize website pages for higher Google rankings.
• Improve on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, internal linking and schema.
• Perform technical SEO audits and fix SEO issues.
• Optimize AI-generated content for search engines and user experience.
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and guest posting.
• Work on Local SEO campaigns.
• Optimize WordPress websites.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
• Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve productivity.
• Use Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and other SEO tools.
• Publish and optimize Press Releases.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic and SEO performance.
• Work on both Baagul's own websites and client projects.
• Skills RequiredGood written and spoken English.
• Basic Hindi communication.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with WordPress.
• Basic Canva skills.
• Comfortable learning and using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of link building, outreach and guest posting is an advantage.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for learning Google's latest SEO updates.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers, internship experience and experienced candidates are all welcome to apply.
• Candidates having their own SEO projects, websites, blogs or portfolio will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
• Performance Bonus up to 20% of monthly salary.
• Overtime Pay (when applicable).
• Festival Bonus.

• Minimum Guaranteed Annual Salary Increment of 10%.
• High performers can receive up to 25% annual increment.
