Job Description: Sales Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team's daily operations, ensure smooth workflow between departments, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks including order processing, scheduling, and documentation
* Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review
* Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
* Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
* Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts in a timely manner
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues, escalating complex matters as needed
* Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the sales team
* Track inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability
* Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and sales campaigns
* Monitor sales targets and prepare performance summaries
* Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and client communications
* Support onboarding of new sales team members
Requirements:
Experience
* 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role
Skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
* Good numerical and analytical skills for reporting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Customer-service oriented mindset
* Time management and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, retail, B2B services]
* Familiarity with sales analytics tools
* Knowledge of basic accounting/invoicing processes
