Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to onboard merchants onto Google Pay. The role involves visiting local businesses, explaining the benefits of Google Pay, assisting with merchant registration, and driving active usage of digital payment solutions. Experience and fresher both candidates applicable .

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned markets and acquire new merchants for Google Pay.

Explain Google Pay's features and benefits to shop owners and business partners.

Complete merchant onboarding and KYC documentation as required.

Ensure merchants activate and use Google Pay services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of merchant visits, onboarding, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 10 th Pass or Graduate (preferred).

Prior experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, FMCG, telecom, fintech, or BFSI is an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with field travel and meeting sales targets.

Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license may be preferred, depending on the location.
