Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads
- Manage onboarding and induction process for new employees
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in payroll processing and coordination with the accounts/finance team
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
- Handle employee grievances and support in conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events
- Maintain HR databases/MIS reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, etc.)
- Support performance appraisal processes and documentation
- Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlements, and exit interviews
