Designation   : Operations Executive

Department  : Facility Management

1.     Build and lead a team in offering great service in the client premises.

2.     Be the profit center head in building company.

3.     Strengthen the existing business while also developing new business and services.

4.     Leverage account plans to target existing client opportunities.

5.     Build connect with existing clients/ Geography through regular client visits to identify and follow up on potential business opportunities.

6.     Reach out the prospective clients through various channels (Cold call, meetings etc.) to generate new sales leads.

7.     Support for bid process including pricing, finalization of commercials, and submission of proposals.

8.     Direct own efforts to ensure new sales/business development targets are met.

9.     Ensure to achieve assigned sales budget.

10. Responsible for submission of bills and collection from customer within specified time.

11. Identifying resources for recruitment and deployment, man power shortage to be maintain less than 2%.

12. Responsible to achieve minimum 95% attendance from the existing site.

13. Team management including training and development.

14. Providing resolution for site observations and customer complaints.

15. Responding to emails/calls professionally (internal and external) to maintain good relationship with customer.

16. Reporting to senior management on key issues, implementation, constrains, and proposal for continuing improvement.

17. Responsible for optimized resource planning and bundled cost site locations to ensure profitability.

18. Responsible for raising indent within budget for procurement.

19. Implementation of process and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) at site.

20. Responsible for implementation of required checklist / Job schedule at site.

21. Conducting surprise audit / check at site on quality aspects.

22. Providing adequate training to subordinates and field staff and reviewing their performance.

23. Planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities at site.

24. Ensure adherence of safety procedures and norms as per safety guidelines and client location safety policy.

25. Responsible for PK assets like tools, equipment provided at site in good condition and periodical verification to be done and reports to be submitted.

26. Receiving customer feedback periodically.

27. Participating in special projects as and when assigned by management.

28. Responsible to provide data, reports periodically to management and maintaining confidentially.

29. Responsible for implementation of QMS (Quality Management System).

30. Perform any other duty as assigned in line with the organization goals and objectives.
