Collection/Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller /Telecollection to join our team at EZ Finance. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹17000 - ₹22000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Who have not paid  EMI call the customer and collect the pending over due amount, 

• daily achieve collection target

Role:

Lead Generation & Sales: Making outbound cold calls from a provided database to potential customers to pitch financial services like personal loans, credit cards, gold loans, or insurance.

Loan Collections & Recovery: Following up with existing borrowers to remind them of upcoming EMIs, negotiate repayment dates, and manage outstanding dues.

Customer Support: Resolving inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding account balances, loan status, interest rates, and document requirements.

Data Entry & CRM: Updating the company’s database or CRM software with call outcomes, customer feedback, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
