Job Description

Aaditri TPS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Government Sales Executive to drive sales of our ENT medical devices portfolio across Bihar and Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for developing business with government hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions, while managing the complete tender and procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company's ENT medical devices portfolio in government hospitals and institutions.

- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.

- Identify and track government tenders through relevant procurement portals.

- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal teams for successful tender participation and execution.

- Meet doctors, HODs, biomedical engineers, purchase officers, and hospital administrators.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation wherever applicable.

Eligibility

- Graduate (MBA preferred).

- 2–5 years of experience in government medical equipment/pharma sales.

- Experience in handling government tenders is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar and Jharkhand.

- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
