Job Description
Key Responsibilities-
1. Daily Customer follow up, through calls, Whatsapp & E-mails
2. Sending Customer messages & E-mails on a daily basis
3. Handling client communication & maintaining proper follow-ups
4. Managing photo co-ordination & customer updates related to photos
5. Reportig updated & issues to management
6. Maintain daily work reports & customer records
7. Supporting during auditions, events and finale operations
8. Ensuring quick response & proper customer service.
