Job Description
⭐ Fluent English Communication is Mandatory. Only candidates who can confidently speak English with customers should apply.
Strong communication and customer handling skills in both English and Hindi.
Smart, confident, well-groomed and customer-friendly personality.
Passion for sales, customer service and shop management.
Basic computer knowledge.
Telecalling or customer support experience will be an added advantage.
Honest, responsible, self-motivated and career-oriented.
Must be a genuine pet lover and comfortable working with dogs and cats.
Must not have any allergy to pets or pet hair, as this is a Pet Grooming Salon and Pet Store.
Manage daily shop operations.
Handle telecalling and customer follow-ups.
Respond to phone and WhatsApp enquiries.
Assist customers in choosing the right pet products and grooming services.
Manage appointments, billing and customer records.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and increase sales.
