Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database and cold leads to generate sales opportunities
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to insurance products, renewals, quotations, and policy-related assistance.
Explain insurance products clearly based on the customer’s profile, requirement, and budget
Follow up with interested prospects regularly and convert them into policyholders through effective sales closure
Upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance products to maximize business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, sales status, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.expertia+1
Coordinate with operations and support teams for policy issuance, documentation, and post-sales follow-up.
Hiring Telesales Executive – Inbound / Outbound (Insurance)
Experience: 1 to 5 years.
Location: Bengaluru.
Languages required: English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil.
Candidates should have experience in outbound calling, inbound handling, lead follow-up, customer conversion, insurance product explanation, upselling, cross-selling, CRM updates, and coordination with operations for policy issuance. Must maintain call records and follow compliance, confidentiality, and data protection guidelines
