We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our restaurants and drive operational excellence.

Role Overview - The Area Manager will be responsible for managing operations across our restaurants in Gurgaon (2 locations), Greater Kailash (GK), and Noida. This role requires frequent travel between outlets to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, maintain high operational standards, solve problems proactively, and ensure every location delivers an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is highly execution-focused, comfortable working in fast-paced restaurant environments, and has a strong ownership mindset with a "get things done" attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations across all assigned restaurants.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure SOPs are consistently followed.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Ensure smooth coordination between restaurant teams and the corporate office.
• Team LeadershipGuide, mentor, and support Restaurant Managers.
• Hold outlet teams accountable for operational targets.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training key restaurant staff.
• Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Performance & ReportingTrack daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPIs.
• Monitor sales, footfall, labour costs, food costs, wastage, customer feedback, and overall outlet performance.
• Identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Execution & Problem SolvingEnsure action items are completed within committed timelines.
• Follow up relentlessly until issues are resolved.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, kitchen, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive execution of new initiatives, launches, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Customer ExperienceEnsure every restaurant consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience.
• Resolve customer escalations professionally and promptly.
• Monitor online reviews and implement improvement plans where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple restaurant outlets.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, team management, and hospitality standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret operational numbers.
• Comfortable working with Excel, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.
• Highly organised with excellent follow-up and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively between restaurant locations across Delhi NCR.
