Job Description
Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and telephone calls.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
Prepare, draft, format, and distribute reports, presentations, letters, and other documents.
Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents in both physical and electronic formats.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense reports when required.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Receive visitors and direct them appropriately.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and general office administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Candidate must have 2 years of similar experience after graduation in any field.
Candidate must have experience /offer letter of past organization to showcase your expeirence.
