Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:

ImpactVibes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support business growth by generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and promoting our Telecom, Cloud, IT, and Communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities;

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and other lead-generation tools.

Identify potential customers through online research and databases.

Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements.

Present company products and services effectively.

Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and convert opportunities.

Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong research and lead-generation abilities.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email campaigns, and online prospecting platforms is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Qualifications;

Any Graduate or Undergraduate.

0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Customer Support.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
