Job Description
Role Overview
You will be responsible for visiting existing dealers and retailers, maintaining relationships, driving sales, and onboarding new dealers in uncovered areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned dealers and retailers on a weekly schedule (Bike or Bus Expenses will be covered by the Company)
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect payments and ensure timely recovery from dealers
- Identify and onboard new retailers in uncovered villages and areas
- Report daily activity and sales to reporting manager
- Coordinate with shop for stock availability and order fulfillment
Who We Are Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in Agri input sales, FMCG field sales, or similar
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license — Optional
- Good communication in Kannada — mandatory, Hindi/English preferred
- Honest, self-driven, and comfortable working in rural/semi-urban areas
- Basic knowledge of crops, pesticides, or fertilisers is a strong advantage
